Niakam Kazemi, Ph.D.
Niakam Kazemi founded ADABTEK to work on a specific kind of problem: technology initiatives complex and consequential enough to warrant senior judgment from the very first decision.
How I Work
Niakam works directly with executives to determine what should be built and why. He defines the architecture and technical roadmap, then stays engaged through implementation — working alongside engineers, reviewing designs and code, and resolving the difficult technical problems that surface once a system is actually being built. When an initiative needs more hands, he assembles and leads the team required to deliver it.
Why Principal-Led
Every ADABTEK engagement is led personally, from the first architecture decision through delivery. The person setting technical direction is the same person accountable for how that architecture is built and delivered — continuity that doesn't depend on account transitions or shifting staff. For larger initiatives, ADABTEK brings in additional architects, engineers, and specialists as the work requires, directed by the same principal throughout.
